Stacy Wilhite
Hi! My name is Stacy Wilhite, and I am a Graduate Level Clinician with a specialty in geriatric mental health and holistic care for older adults. I’m passionate about supporting individuals and families through the unique transitions of later life, and I bring an empathetic, person-centered approach.
My work with older adults addresses the psychological, emotional, and cognitive changes that can come with aging, including anxiety, depression, grief and loss, life transitions, and chronic illness management. I also support families facing caregiver burnout and the cognitive decline of their loved one.
While older adults are my primary focus, I welcome individuals of all ages who are navigating anxiety, depression, grief, major life changes, or the stress of caring for a loved one. Every person’s story deserves care that fits who they are, and the skills and compassion I bring to my work with older adults carry over to every client I serve. I hope to create a non-judgmental and safe space for individuals to explore their emotions and relationships on a deeper level.
Outside of my clinical work, I enjoy reading, traveling, plays, and spending time with my family, friends, and two dogs.
