The initial phone consultation is free of charge with an intake coordinator. Our intake coordinator with provide a free quote of benefits with your insurance carrier and provide an estimated cost of service.
Your first step is simple. Complete the Grace Integrated Intake Form so our intake coordinator can quickly:
- Help you find the right clinician
- Verify your insurance benefits
- Provide a clear estimate of your out-of-pocket costs
Additional consultations with clinical staff are available as needed and are billed at a structured rate.

Self-Pay Pricing
Phone consultations with our clinical staff are billed at $35 per 15 minutes.
Any clinical phone calls up to 15 minutes are billed at $35.00 for each 15 minutes.
