The Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), Licensed Social Worker (LSW), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) will provide services to children and families experiencing varying levels of difficulty due to life circumstances or mental health concerns.

Applications are accepted for both remote and on-site locations, including Lombard, Westmont, Oak Brook, Riverside, and Chicago.

We are seeking a clinician with experience working with clients of all ages. Client presenting issues will be non-violent and non-severe.

Grace Integrated provides a spectrum of services, including individual counseling, group counseling, marriage counseling, family counseling, addictions counseling, divorce mediation, and trauma therapy.

The Grace Integrated LLC clinical team offers extensive and comprehensive supervision and training programs for employees. Individual and group clinical supervision is provided to all employees, and we foster a supportive learning environment.

Grace Integrated administrators facilitate many aspects of client and practice care, including but not limited to acquiring clients, marketing, insurance paneling, appointment scheduling, billing, collections, and facility maintenance.

Major Areas of Responsibility:

• Provide high-quality, compassionate, and ethical outpatient mental health therapy to clients as scheduled.
• Complete clinical documentation in accordance with insurance contract requirements.
• Actively participate as a positive member of the clinic environment.
• Maintain good standing with the appropriate licensing board and insurance entities.
• Complete all recommended continuing education requirements.
• Stay current with updated research and best practices.
• Be aware of community referral sources and make referrals when necessary.
• Secure client information in accordance with HIPAA standards.
• Maintain up-to-date case files within the electronic health record (EHR) system.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Skill in working with a variety of cultures.
• Skill in working independently and implementing effective time management strategies.
• Ability to practice necessary self-care.
• Ability to demonstrate positive team interactions with other clinic staff.
• Awareness of appropriate timing for referrals.

Education and Experience:

• A master’s degree from an accredited university.
• Hold an active license in the State of Illinois.

Title :  Individual, Couple & Family Counseling Intern

Location : Openings in Oak Brook, Riverside, Westmont, Lombard and Chicago

Job Summary :  Grace Integrated, LLC., is a private practice dedicated to providing research-based, data driven counseling methods to children and families.  The right fit would be an individual open to working with a wide range of clinical presentations and populations of various age groups. We are looking for an active, enthusiastic candidate, who can keep up with the high energy.  Our team is dynamic, and fun!  The right candidate would have a positive attitude, flexible work style, and organized.  Performs supervised individual and group counseling, supervision, crisis intervention, and consultation/outreach. Provides assessments, intakes and appropriate referrals. May perform other related tasks that are a part of the practice’s operation.

Timeline :  Summer 2025- Spring 2026

Reports to :  Clinical Director and Designated Clinical Supervisors.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

• Conducts intake interviews with clients who request counseling services and completes the required clinical documentation via our electronic recordkeeping system within the same day.
•  Provides individual and group counseling to clients on a scheduled basis or through crisis intervention.
• Maintains up-to-date clinical documentation via our electronic recordkeeping system.
• Consults with supervisors and staff as needed.
•  Provides consultation to child’s school personal and parents seeking assistance with targeted behavior change.
• Attends training seminars, staff meetings and supervision on a weekly basis and in a prompt manner.
• Interacts with staff and clients in a professional and ethical manner.
• Commits to a full-time, 15-20 hour per week practicum internship.
• Participates in supervision and training with an openness to learning and receiving feedback.
