For over 20 years I have helped people manage their depression and anxiety. As a wife and mother, I know the challenges of daily life and would love to help you with yours. My approach is gentle and empathetic. I focus on each individuals life journey, and helping them understand how their path brought them to this place in life. Then, with focused attention and intention, I am able to help each individual wind their path to the place they want to go. My clients are usually struggling with anxiety and or depression.
