The story of our life is often not what we expected; it has highs and lows, joys, challenges and the unexpected. As a wife of over 25 years and mother of four, I know that it is in the lows, challenges and unexpected that we can struggle the most. Our thoughts, emotions and life circumstances can sometimes be overwhelming. You are not alone.
Seeking help is more than brave.
My Gottman training serves as a foundation for assisting couples to rediscover their friendship. In rediscovering their friendship, couples can regain the trust, commitment and joy that brought them together in the beginning. As an individual counselor, my undergraduate degree in social work and life experience informs my gentle approach. My goal is to provide a warm, safe and supportive space for individuals and couples to tell their story. Together we will find your strengths, gain insight and build new skills and ways of thinking so you can intentionally write the next chapter of your story.
