Hi, I’m glad you’re here! Taking the first step toward counseling can feel both hopeful and intimidating, and I believe you deserve a space where you feel genuinely heard, understood, and accepted for who you are. As a Graduate Level Clinician at National Louis University, a CACREP-accredited institution, I approach counseling with warmth, curiosity, compassion, and authenticity. My goal is to walk alongside you as you better understand yourself, work through challenges, and move toward a life that feels meaningful and authentic.

My approach is integrative and holistic, grounded in person-centered and existential perspectives. I recognize that wellness is shaped by our identity, sexual orientation, relationships, culture, environment, values, and overall experience of life. I also incorporate mindfulness and present-moment awareness to support greater self- understanding, emotional awareness, and intentional choices.

My professional and personal experiences have allowed me to work with and learn from diverse communities in settings including schools, hospitals, prisons, and the corporate environment. I have supported individuals through grief, significant life transitions, and questions of identity and purpose. As a Spanish-speaking clinician, I value the opportunity to connect with clients in the language that feels most comfortable to them. My own experiences have deepened my understanding of how complicated change can be and what it means to rebuild and create a life that feels authentic and meaningful. I bring that perspective to create a collaborative and welcoming environment where you can be honest, explore difficult experiences at your own pace, and recognize the strengths you already possess. You do not have to have everything figured out before you begin. Counseling is simply the space where we can slow down, make sense of what we are experiencing, and begin to discover the next best step for ourselves.

Whether you are navigating grief, a major life transition, questions about identity or purpose, relationship challenges, or simply feeling stuck and unsure of what comes next, I would be honored to walk with you in that process.
