Hi! My name is Daniel Bernstein, and I am a Graduate Level Clinician with Grace Integrated. I am currently earning my master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at The Chicago School of Professional Psychology. With a background in neuroscience, I have prior experience working with children in neurodiagnostic analysis. This experience reflects my belief that everyone deserves to feel safe, supported, and understood while navigating both physical and mental challenges. Because each person is unique, I aim to foster a space where clients can share their stories and receive personalized support.

My therapeutic approach is founded on empathy, respect, and collaboration. I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to provide practical coping skills, clarify the connections between thoughts, feelings, and behaviors, and strengthen emotional regulation. Ultimately, I aim to help clients achieve meaningful change that brings purpose to their lives. I understand that beginning therapy can be daunting, so I strive to empower clients within a nonjudgmental environment to work toward growth and betterment.
