As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I believe therapy should be a space where individuals feel safe, heard, supported, and empowered through every stage of life. I am passionate about walking alongside those who may be struggling, feeling stuck, navigating uncertainty, or simply looking for a safe and supportive space to process life’s challenges. My goal is to create a warm, collaborative, and compassionate environment where clients feel comfortable showing up as themselves while working toward healing, growth, and meaningful change.
I earned my Master’s Degree in Social Work from Dominican University and my Bachelor’s Degree from Northeastern Illinois University. As someone who is bilingual in English and Spanish, I am passionate about providing therapy in both languages to help clients feel comfortable, supported, and understood. I work with individuals of all ages and primarily utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) while integrating additional therapeutic approaches to best meet each client’s unique needs and goals.
I am especially passionate about supporting young women as they navigate life transitions, relationships, anxiety, self-esteem, and personal growth throughout different stages of life.
Outside of my clinical work, I enjoy traveling, spending time with family and friends, playing pickleball, and staying involved in causes and communities that are meaningful to me.
