Grace Amberg

Mental Health Professional
SKILLS MHP

Welcome! My name is Grace and I am a Graduate Level Clinician. I believe that everyone deserves a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space to be heard, understood, and accepted.

I’m currently pursuing my master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and working toward becoming a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC). I am passionate about helping individuals navigate anxiety, life transitions, relationship concerns, stress, self-esteem, and other challenges that can impact their daily life. My goal is to foster a supportive space to explore your experiences, better understand you, and identify meaningful ways forward.

My approach to counseling is primarily person-centered, meaning that I believe you are the expert on your own life and that our work together should be collaborative. I also draw from cognitive-behavioral and strengths-based approaches to help clients identify patterns that may be affecting their well-being, develop practical coping strategies, and recognize the strengths and resources they already possess. Together, we can work toward greater self-understanding, confidence, and progress in a way that feels authentic to you.
