Joseth Uzhca
Hello! My name is Joseth Uzhca, and I’m a Graduate-Level Clinician at Grace Integrated Elmhurst. I believe therapy should be a safe and welcoming space where you can feel heard, understood, and supported. My goal is to meet you where you are and work alongside you as you explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences.
I am currently completing my Master’s Degree in Social Work at Dominican University as I work toward becoming a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). I have experience supporting children, teens, adults, families, and older adults through my work in day care centers, schools, clinics, and nursing homes.
As a bilingual clinician, I offer support in both English and Spanish. I understand that everyone has a different story, and I believe therapy should be personalized to who you are, what you’re experiencing, and what you hope to achieve. I strive to create a space where you can feel comfortable being yourself, asking questions, and sharing what’s on your mind.
Whether you’re a child, a teen, or an adult, I look forward to getting to know you and working together through life’s challenges. You don’t need to have all the answers before starting therapy. We can take it one step at a time and move toward the changes you want to see in your life.
