Navigating life can be challenging. Whether its stress, anxiety or day to day struggles, I am here to help. I have experience working with a variety of conditions, including anxiety, depression, relationships, and family conflict. My goal is to help ease some of that burden and help heal trauma that might come up. In addition to the above conditions, I have a passion for trauma and crisis intervention. My therapeutic approach is rooted in mindfulness, somatic work, polyvagal theory, DBT and CBT. I provide a warm, safe space for you where you can be your authentic self.
I work with clients navigating addiction and the often-related impact of trauma. My approach weaves together motivational interviewing, psychoanalytic theory, and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), balancing insight-oriented exploration with practical tools for emotional regulation and stability. I believe healing happens in the context of a safe, collaborative relationship—one that honors your story, your strengths, and your capacity for change. Whether you’re looking to manage urges, understand deeper patterns, or make sense of past experiences, we’ll work together to build resilience, clarity, and meaningful growth.
I also provide services in Spanish. You don’t have to navigate life alone. Let’s work together to build on your strengths and learn new skills.
