I joined Grace Integrated in 2017 and have had the privilege of growing alongside an incredible team. When I first started, I was involved in many aspects of the organization, including intake, scheduling, billing and claims management, and advertising. Over the years, my responsibilities have expanded, and today I proudly serve as the Chief Operating Officer (COO) and Chief Financial Officer (CFO), overseeing the company’s day-to-day operations and financial health.

Before joining Grace Integrated, I worked as an Emergency Room nurse and served in a Charge Nurse role. That experience taught me how to lead under pressure, make critical decisions, and support both patients and team members during challenging situations. Those lessons continue to influence how I lead and serve our organization today.

What I love most about Grace Integrated is the people. I am fortunate to work alongside an amazing group of clinicians and team members who are passionate about making a difference in the lives of the individuals and families we serve. Their dedication and compassion are what make this company so special.

When I’m not at work, you’ll usually find me embracing the chaos and joy of family life. I spend much of my free time shuttling my kids from one sporting event to the next, cheering them on from the sidelines, and trying to keep everyone’s schedules straight. I also proudly hold the title of head chef at home and enjoy bringing the family together around a good meal whenever I can.
