SKILLS MHP

Welcome! My name is Erica Moriarty and I am a Graduate Level Clinician with Grace Integrated. I am currently finishing my master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from North Park University. I also recently completed an iArte (International Association of Anthroposophic Arts Therapies Education) certification in Therapeutic Healing Arts. Over the last 20 years I have worked with individuals across the lifespan in several capacities including direct senior care management and Waldorf early childhood education.

My approach to healing is a blend of professional and personal insights nurtured over time through my experiences as a care coordinator, teacher, and parent. The human experience can be complex and I aim to be a therapist who utilizes integrative and holistic measures of communication to help clients better understand and process inner thoughts, emotions and personal experiences. While I am clinically trained for talk therapy, I bring creative intervention and artistic practices as an additional tool if talking is not where a client is ready to begin. Through encouraged self-exploration, I seek to help my clients identify personal perseverance while holding grace for the self. I feel specifically drawn to working with individuals in the midst of life transitions ( such as career change, familial/relational changes, parenting, or health crisis situations). By taking this step to well-being with me, I believe you will find compassionate support and transformative tools to help you embrace your authentic self and live with greater peace, purpose, and vitality.
