Whether it is mood disorders (e.g., depression, anxiety), trauma (e.g., grief/loss, PTSD), addiction, anger management, religious/spiritual issues, you will be able to see measurable changes that put the brain and body into focus.

I received a master’s degree in counseling psychology from Northwestern University. I am capable of neurocouseling, couples therapy, humanistic psychotherapy, talk therapy, and other evidence-based psychotherapy. I am also able to provide extensive psychoeducation utilizing my biology background. My sessions provide a safe place that deals with these issues in a variety of ways depending on individual needs. Faith-based counseling is offered if requested. I am ready to facilitate a new beginning helping you meet the challenges of your life.
