Anger and Aggression
Anger Coping/Think First: The Anger Coping program is an empirically supported intervention for children in grades 3–6. Think First is the version for high school aged adolescents. The program teaches vital skills for reducing aggression and disruptive behavior, and building strong partnerships with teachers, parents and peers. Participants learn important skills for managing feelings and how to appropriately express their emotions.
ADD and ADHD
MindUP™: is a research-based training program for children. This program is composed of 15 sessions based in neuroscience. Students learn to self-regulate behavior and mindfully engage in focused concentration required for academic success. MindUP™ supports improved academic performance while enhancing perspective taking, empathy and kindness as well as fostering complex problem solving skills.
Anxiety
Cool Kids is a program that teaches children and their parents how to better manage the child’s anxiety. It involves the participation of both children and their parents. The program aims to teach clear and practical skills to both the child and parents. The program is aimed at young people 7-17 years, is fully supported by manuals, and has slightly different versions for children and teenagers. Variations of the program also exist for children with comorbid autism, adolescents with comorbid depression, and for delivery in school settings.

Love and Logic: It is a philosophy of raising and teaching children which allows adults to be happier, empowered, and more skilled in the interactions with children. Love allows children to grow through their mistakes. Logic allows children to live with the consequences of their choices. Love and Logic is a way of working with children that puts parents and teachers back in control, teaches children to be responsible, and prepares young people to live in the real world, with its many choices and consequences.
