Hannah Boudreau de Contreras, LCSW, is a licensed clinical social worker with more than 17 years of experience supporting children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families. Throughout her career, she has been dedicated to helping individuals navigate life transitions, emotional challenges, and relationship dynamics with compassion and practical guidance.
Hannah has extensive experience working within school settings as a social worker, where she collaborated closely with students, families, and educators to address social, emotional, and behavioral needs. Her work has focused on building resilience, strengthening family relationships, and helping young people develop the skills they need to thrive both academically and personally.
In addition to her work with children and families, Hannah provides counseling for adults and couples, supporting clients through challenges such as anxiety, stress, life transitions, parenting concerns, and relationship issues. Her approach is collaborative, strengths-based, and grounded in the belief that meaningful change occurs when individuals feel understood, supported, and empowered.
Hannah is passionate about creating a safe and supportive environment where clients can explore their experiences, develop insight, and move toward greater balance and well-being.
