The Licensed Professional Counselor LPC or LCPC – Licensed Social worker LSW or LCSW (or equivalent state of Illinois licensure) will provide outpatient services in a private practice setting to children and families who are experiencing varying levels of difficulties due to life situations or mental health concerns. We are seeking a clinician who has experience working with children of all ages, and willing to learn. Client presenting issues will be non-violent and non-severe. A large portion of our regular clientele are children, adolescents and teens; candidates with experience or high willingness to learn in this area is of utmost importance. Preference given to clinicians with group experience and a willingness to work as a team player. Grace Integrated provides a spectrum of services: individual counseling, group counseling, marriage counseling, family counseling, addictions counseling, divorce mediation and trauma therapy. Our clinical management team & administration provide all training and resources needed to ensure the success of each clinician working with all ages and backgrounds. Grace Integrated LLC clinical team will provide extensive and thorough supervision and training programs for it’s employees. Individual and group clinical supervision is provided to all employees, and we foster a learning atmosphere. Grace Integrated Administrators facilitate many aspects of client and practice care; including but not limited to: acquiring clients, marketing, paneling with insurance companies, scheduling appointments, billing, collections and facility maintenance. Expectations for our clinical team are to be timely, provide exceptional service and complete required clinical documentation; we handle the rest so you can do what you do best.
Positions may begin part-time or full-time with the opportunity to convert to employee status upon supervisor review and maintenance of client case load. This review process will typically within 90 days from start date.
Education and Experience:
- A master’s degree from an accredited university
- Licensed Professional Counselor LPC/LCPC – Licensed Social worker LSW or LCSW (or equivalent state of Illinois licensure); candidates who are scheduled for their licensure exam within 90 days may apply and interview for this position.
- Hold active license in the state of Illinois
