Welcome! My name is Justyna, and I am a Graduate Level Clinician currently pursuing my master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at The Chicago School. I believe every person deserves a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where they feel heard and understood. My goal is to build a genuine therapeutic relationship where clients can openly explore life’s challenges, recognize their strengths, and work toward meaningful growth at their own pace. Outside of counseling, I enjoy spending time with family, going on walks with my dogs, reading, taking on DIY home improvement projects, and catching up on my favorite shows.
My approach to counseling is collaborative, compassionate, and tailored to each client’s unique needs. I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) while incorporating person-centered techniques to help clients identify unhelpful thought patterns, develop healthy coping strategies, and build resilience. I strive to create an environment where clients feel empowered, respected, and supported as we work together toward lasting change.
