Nice to meet you! My name is Allyson Fleener, and my therapeutic approach is rooted in the belief that meaningful relationships—with ourselves and those around us—are central to healing and personal growth. I’m currently on the path to becoming a licensed professional counselor through graduate studies at The Seattle School of Theology and Psychology, where I’m earning my Master’s in Counseling Psychology with an emphasis in British Object Relations. My journey to becoming a therapist has been supported and informed by a career in business operations and talent development, which continues to deepen my appreciation for the complexity of human connection, communication, and the narratives we construct about ourselves and theworld around us.

My goal on behalf of my clients at Grace Integrated is to offer a safe, compassionate space where they feel seen,  heard, and fully supported. During our work together, I will draw from psychoanalytic and depth psychology traditions to help you explore early relational experiences, unconscious patterns, and inner conflicts that may be shaping current struggles or making way for opportunities for growth. My hope is that, together, we can work towards fostering deeper self-awareness, emotional resilience, and a stronger sense of identity. I believe therapy is a collaborative journey, and I am honored to walk alongside you as you move toward greater clarity, authenticity, and well-being.
