Mental Health Practioner
Hi! My name is Isabelle Hesse, and I am a Graduate Level Clinician at Grace Integrated. I am currently pursuing my master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at The Chicago School of Professional Psychology.
I have experience working with both children and adults in a community outreach-based setting, supporting individuals navigating a range of mental health concerns including anxiety, depression, trauma, personality-related challenges, and relational concerns.
My approach to therapy is collaborative, supportive, and client-centered. I often use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help clients understand the connection between their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors, while building practical coping strategies. I also incorporate Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) skills, such as mindfulness and distress tolerance, to support emotional regulation.
I am especially drawn to working with individuals impacted by domestic violence or relational trauma, as well as those navigating anxiety, depression, grief and loss, eating disorders, identity exploration, and life transitions. My goal is to create a warm, safe, and nonjudgmental space where I can walk alongside you at your own pace, helping you feel understood, reconnect with yourself, and move toward meaningful change.
