My approach to therapy is rooted in an integrative, holistic foundation. In addition to traditional talk therapy and cognitive behavioral therapy, I also employ more progressive forms of therapy such as compassionate focused therapy, EMDR (eye movement desensitization reprocessing), EFT (emotional freedom technique), BSP (brain spotting) and art therapy.
