Clinical Associate
I am a counselor with a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from National Louis University. I am a certified Yoga Therapist with over twenty years of experience teaching yoga one-on-one to adults, children and in groups. I am a Gottman Level 1 Couples Therapist.
I have experienced the power of the mind-body connection for emotional health and healing for my clients. The manifestation of depression, anxiety, or PTSD symptoms are often felt in the body, and yoga offers many therapeutic tools to help restore balance and harmony. As a Registered Children’s Yoga Teacher (RCYT), I have worked with children with a variety of special needs. I have seen the positive effects yoga can have on children’s academic achievement, general health, personal attributes, and relationships.
I am honored to serve the Grace Integrated Counseling community. My goal is to create a safe and nonjudgmental space for clients to explore, grow, heal, and learn new strategies to tackle challenges and improve their quality of life. I am honored to combine traditional psychotherapy with movement therapy to help you achieve balance, find joy and thrive.
