Qualified Mental Health Professional
I am a warm, compassionate therapist dedicated to helping individuals navigate life’s challenges as they work toward healing and personal growth. I earned my LPC through National Louis University and bring both clinical expertise and deep empathy to my work.
I work with children (ages 10+), teens, adults, and couples, supporting clients through a wide range of concerns including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, developmental challenges, grief, and life transitions. My approach is eclectic and individualized, drawing from evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), person-centered and humanistic therapies, as well as mindfulness and relaxation techniques.
I believe in the power of the therapeutic relationship and strive to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients feel seen, supported, and empowered to make meaningful choices in their lives.
My experience includes working with youth on the autism spectrum and supporting individuals with behavioral and developmental challenges. I’ve also had the privilege of providing care in hospice settings, walking alongside individuals during some of life’s most vulnerable moments. I bring empathy, patience, insight, and a touch of humor to my work—helping clients feel understood, validated, and encouraged.
Outside of my clinical work, I’m a caregiver to an elderly parent and a proud mother to three adult daughters. In my free time, you’ll often find me gardening or enjoying meaningful moments with family. These personal experiences have deepened my appreciation for human connection, resilience, and the importance of being fully present.
As your therapist, it is an honor to walk beside you on your journey—helping you uncover the clarity, strength, and resilience that already live within you.
