I strive to create a safe and welcoming space for all individuals to be their authentic selves. I received my bachelor’s in psychology from Elmhurst University and my master’s in social work from Aurora University. I have experience in helping individuals cope with complicated grief and loss, addiction, trauma, anxiety, depression, and various mood disorders.
I utilize trauma informed practice while teaching and applying Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT). I aim to integrate these therapies along with other modalities like mindfulness and a strength-based perspective to help you achieve your goals.
