I am a Licensed Professional Counselor who enjoys being witness to your transformation as you reach your therapeutic goals. As a graduate from the Chicago School of Professional Psychology, I earned a Master of Forensic Psychology in 2019. Clinically, I was trained at Center on Halsted, the Midwest’s most comprehensive community center dedicated to securing the health and well-being of Chicagoland’s Lesbian, Bisexual, Transgender and Queer (LGBTQ) community. Additionally, I completed the LGBTQ Behavioral Health Training Consortium, a partnership with Howard Brown Health providing didactic presentations specific to working within the LGBTQ community. My latest professional placement has been working with incarcerated and justice-involved individuals, as well as in crisis intervention.
I counsel clients from an existential humanistic perspective, and consider authenticity, courage, responsibility, and choice to be key contributors to living a meaningful life. I consider client/therapist relatedness to be the avenue through which to explore not only problems, but possibility! As such, I enjoy working with clients navigating issues such as loneliness, depression and anxiety, life transitions, identity exploration, grief and loss, substance abuse, and trauma. I am thrilled to be a part of the Grace Integrated team, and I am accepting new clients!
