Helping individuals through life’s issues has always been a passion of mine. Recognizing that none of us go through this crazy world alone, my goal in therapy is to help support you along your journey of discovery and growth. Regardless of where you are in that journey, therapy is an incredible tool to support you. Through my experience, I have had the honor of working with individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, life transitions, grief, identity issues, substance use,and test anxiety. Another area, in which I specialize, is Mental Performance for athletes and performers.
My strengths as a clinician come from my personal journey. As a former college athlete, I intimately understand the pressures faced by performers, athletes, and students. In those worlds, youmay find that what’s holding you back is the mental aspect of your game. Maybe, you want to improve an area that is already a strength for you.
